* In order to be buried in the Heath Cemetery, you must live or have lived in the Heath community at some point in your life.

* If you have not lived in the Heath community, you can still be buried at the cemetery if you have an immediate family member buried there or receive special permission from the cemetery association directors.

* Starting in 2024, there is now a $100 Plot Reservation Fee. If you would like to pick out a plot location, please contact either the president or one of the directors. They will arrange a time to meet with you at the cemetery. Once a plot has been chosen, you will have 60 days to mark your plot. If this isn’t done, the association reserves the right to release the plot to others. (See the file below for specifics.)

* Once it is time for the burial to take place, there will be a one-time fee of $250.
(Note: Burial fee can increase with approval of the Heath Cemetery Association.)
